Did you even read what I replied to?
'Devs will just release the one version for PS4 and say well it runs on PS4.5 so that is fine. Only a few real big games and Son'y 1st party will bother full upgrading games to the PS4.5 specs.'
Devs aren't allowed to do that.
The PS5 Exists.
