The 360 also runs about 30.5 FPS on average vs the PS3 on about 26.5, so it runs a bit smoother. Like about 15% higher FPS, but it has a little screen tear wheras the PS3 has none. I also find the graphics on the 360 look sharper, while the PS3 is a bit more muted and cinematic, this is subjective really.
With DLC I would put it on the 360 side, I also like how the aim controls work better on the 360, I think the triggers are better personally, and its cheaper too for about the same experience if you haven't bought the console.
