There's a limit to combo breakers, it's called counter breaker. I hate the other games that have an auto-pilot mode without and interruption.
You don't need high amount of combo hits to make high damage. Combo Breaker + Counter Breaker are parts of the mechanic that make KI so tactical compared to other fighting games.
