PS4K the Hardware bargain of this Decade? 4K Blu Ray Player alone cost 400$

The console does not play games in TRUE 4k, it upscales games running at 1080p to 4k, not to mention only SOME games may be able to take advantage of 4K output. I dont think it can play 4K discs
