GTA4 vs MGS4 sales

I think a lot of people are seriously overestimating the future sales of MGS4. No doubt it will be a great game but it simply won't appeal to the masses in a similar way that GTA4 did. One look at the MGS sales on the PS2, with a much bigger userbase, is enough to understand this.
