Are they fucking serious about 50gb disks, and the hard drive remaining the same? And the laser reader too? LMFAO!!! I doubt this. Even if it's upscaled 4k, I'm pretty damn sure that Sony knows how many Gigs of data 4k takes.
If this is true. It's pretty much confirmed that this is a 1440p console being touted as 4k for marketing purposes. Actually, technically a lawsuit can be filed against them for this. Expect bigger install files with patches. I fucking love my PS4 and I'm one of those people that see Sony as the saviors of this generation... but this is dirty. This is down right fucking dirty. No wonder it will be easy to scale games form the old PS4 to the Neo PS4. The CPU being 30% stronger seems right, the GPU being twice as strong... well the launch PS4 was outdated from day one, but this is some serious marketing bullshit right here. Some may consider this to be a scam.
Good job for potentially losing gamer's trust Sony. You worked so hard to build that just to drop it like a bowling ball on your foot. If the NX is all that... It's seriously going to cannibalize the market at this rate.
