wouldn't the correct term be Old School and New Wave?

Anyway...im more of a Newer wave. I pretty much got started with snes and genesis but had an original nes as well...its just didn't kick me in as much as the other 2. While games are still good on the older systems the only real older games i always find myself going back to is FFIII and Zelda: A link to the past. Sure there were great games back then.....but many people don't realize.....there was WAY more fucking shit back then there is now. It's just no one really remembers all the old shit unless it was downright horrible. Not saying today doesn't have it's stinkers....trust me it does. But qauility games actually come out in bulk now. I honestly don't remember waiting for more then 2 games in a year back then....i was young but i was still a gamer with his magazines. And don't give me the better gameplay shit....Jump on his head!! press B to punch *insert cheesy sound effect and the fist of someone appearing out of nowhere*

Anyway point is....people really only remember those few good gems, and seem to exclude the garbage trying to say that older games are better. However todays garbage is present, so its easier for them to remember something they played 10 minutes ago that was crap....I can't remember how many times i put in a snes game got pissed cause it sucked and never played it again.
