I do. Plenty of workplaces will do whatever it takes to get minorities. Just look at google - white people are underrepresented and they still say that they want to reduce that to 50%.

If you are going to say things back that up with data, and do not just use USA total popluation demographics, because by that logic black people on the percentage are underrepresented. Show graduation rates (for STEM obviously) and show that statement to 50% with evidence. 

Because what I seen in terms of graduate rates, is besides management, where whites are over represented. The only group really over represented is Asians, which is most likely has to do with the bringing over talent. 

Why for STEM obviously? Google only employs tech people?
