Sony typically has a strangle hold on the majority of sales and J games. PC is more of something that is currently rising and getting stronger recently with JRPG's. I imagine for JRPG games that being on PS4 only was looking too expensive before but spreading out like they have recently on PC may allow the funds and market to make the jump. PS4 future with JRPG's looks extremely strong but it will also be spread out among other devices too unlike in the past.
Either way, Sony having strong support with JRPG's on PS4 is good for everyone who wants bigger budget JRPG's (not talking AAA, just in general).
