That does not look that bad. Namely when asians are out doing majority in the tech field.  Don't think you know what you are talking about with minorities.

 

I do. Plenty of workplaces will do whatever it takes to get minorities. Just look at google - white people are underrepresented and they still say that they want to reduce that to 50%.
