TBH - I love this idea and I hope Sony doesn't give a shit what your side of the line thinks.

There is absolutely NOTHING for you to be pissed off about except feeling like your dick is somehow smaller because you don't have the top of the line SKU.

In the article itself, it tells you: that you can play with all your friends; that you will get all the same games; that there will be no special features; that there will be no periphreal exclusions.

WTF are you raging about?

It defeats the purpose of consoles.

Like ive been saying before, if the add an HDMI 2.0 port, fine. But if they are going to upgrade the internals, now thats i have problem with.

It is not even about money, i could buy the console whenever i want, money is not whats limiting me.

This would set a precedent for future consoles, so there will be two or more versions of the same console, all with different specs so at the end of the day you would be playing basically on a PC.

And thanks for your concern, but my cock has nothing to do with what im talking about.

How does it defeat the purpose of consoles?

It is still a device that is designed to hook up to a TV.
It is still a device that plays video games.
It is still a device that's main input is a controller.
It is still a device that has much more predominant local multiplayer.
It is still a device that comes as an all-in-one.
it is still a device that will just work (excluding shitty ports like Dragon Age 2 on PS3).
It is still a device that plays on PSN.
It is still a device that you can rent physical games from gamefly/redbox/etc.
It is still a device where you can sell your physical media.
It is still a device that doesn't have a constant threat of viruses.
It is still a locked device that has much lower amounts of cheaters and bots.

I'm still failing to see the problem?
