It's being a decent generation. Not amazing, but not bad either. But to be fair, Wii U disappointed me a lot and 3DS made up for it (it's a very good handheld, with its planning flaws, but with tons of great games). Plus, at the moment my PS4 is giving me a good amount of fun... there is at least 1 game I really want to buy for each month of the year. 
I don't own a XB1 or a Vita, so I don't know about those, but the later seems like a step back from the PSP.
