I think you would probably enjoy Sean Malstrom's articles on this topic, he actually gives a fairly convincing explanation for why MS will lose if they stand their ground and fight for this market. If you're interested in reading it (assuming you haven't yet) then I'm sure someone has the article link handy. Just ask =)
