The only reason people even have the right to complain is because PS+ launched and set too high of a standard for what we should expect with free games. At the end of the day though, PS+ is a one size fits all online pass. The free monthly games are just an incentive, the same as the flash sales. To "expect" AAA games is absurd. The only thing you should expect is online functionality and 6 games a month across the PlayStation ecosystem. The quality of those games is entirely subjective to the end user.
