This isn't about being "overly angry and spouting hate all around" it is about making it clear that what they are doing is wrong - and they need to fix it. If people just sit around and twiddle their thumbs going "well one day it may get fixed" - then they have to rely on people fixing something(that they broke in the first place) with no motivation. If no one is telling them they are wrong, and if game sales don't show that people feel they re wrong - they won't think they are wrong. Thus all the videos about what is wrong with the store - to get the word out and to be heard. You seem to take this as "they are attacking Microsoft, that makes them wrong" - and that isn't this. |
If you go back to my original post you'll see that I never implied that people should just congratulate them and wait for never coming fixes. I said no need to just hate all around. You have concerns, voice them politely to MS and Phil this is how things get fixed/improved.
Also you're just assuming evilness saying thinks like: "that they broke in the first place", "with no motivation" etc. Other than making you "feel better" saying that they have no motivation to fix things is pointless and not a valid argument.
