What's the evidence of this?  There's a story that "someone is being harassed" nearly every day on the internet. Most of the time it's complete nonsense. They're not being harassed. They're being heavily criticized for saying something stupid and they can opt out of it at any second by blocking or muting people.

Most "online harassment" is just manufactured nonsense. Not all, but most.

I know, right? What ever happened to turning off your computer and doing something else?

"Online harassment" is just a lame excuse to absolve someone from his/her responsibility.
