Is a completely discredited study by radical feminists with erroneously extrapolated data sufficient? Because that's where this 'statistic' is from.
They basically asked a bunch of female (and only female, of course) students if somebody has ever done anything to them sexually that they weren't fully into and when most of them inevitably said 'yes' (hell, I would say 'yes' to that and I don't exactly consider myself a rape survivor), they compared their figures with the amount of successful rape convictions.
