1. Playing Game of Dice on my phone while watching an anime, surfing the internet, or chatting with someone.
2. Playing an MMORPG on PC while watching an anime. All I had to do is resize the mmorpg screen and put it aside as I put the anime screen in the middle. I usually do this if I do free pvp killing with my friend wherein we just instinctively kill each other alternately for xp boost without looking at the gaming screen. Or do simple farming without having to look at the gaming screen too much.
3. Playing PS3 while pooping. Yes, I did this once when there was a time I can't pause the game but really need to poop. I just leave the comfort room door open so I can still see the game from our large TV screen.

That happen to me when i was playing smash bros in a singles match, I grab my gamepad and finish the match in the toilet and i won lol.

Mine was during a cut scene on an old PS3 game I think that cannot be paused. Fortunately most cutscenes on the recent games on PS3 and PS4 can now be pause.
Had one experience as well recently when I was playing my current addicting mobile game, Game of Dice, and a new cut scene was updated after its recent patch that appears only during it's updating phase. And so I bring it with me on my CR during that time. lol
