1. Open the Settings app, and click on the System icon.

2. Click on Storage on the left side. On the right side under Save locations, select the drive you want New apps will save to.

3. When finished, you can close Settings.

Thanks. Unbelievable they would lock the ability away somewhere in the settings and not let us choose the path before starting the download.
