I think keeping Crash unwraped would have been a way better decision for Sony. It would have been a big shocker for Sony fans at E3 just like FFVII Remake was, After all this teases I can see some people beeing kinda done with the game in the first place.
Just like people would be if Nintendo kept teasing F-Zero or Metroid...
