You should see what your viewing distance will be from your TV to see if the 4k/4k TV is worth getting. If not, I'd opt for the slightly bigger size TV thats not only cheaper but will not waste your money on something that you will not use (very low 4K content available, and once it will be available it will be expensive) or can't actually feel/see a difference from the 1080p counterpart.
