On one hand, I do think it's weird when people sexualise girls that clearly look underaged.
But on the other hand, I don't think game developers should have censor their work due to pressure from the West. It's their art so if they want to have an 18 year old girl wear a particular type of underwear, that's their own decision. It's not a huge detail anyway so why should it matter?
