Unless you work with Microsoft, there's no way you could know that information. No sales data has been made public. Really, all we have to infer is that its sold well enough to warrant three seasons.
As for tournament interest, it's done quite well. Combo Breaker was a highly successful tournament, and it's consistently appeared in big events like Evo, Apex, and CEO.
