http://www.pcgamer.com/pc-shipments-decline-for-sixth-consecutive-quarter-but-gaming-pcs-are-on-the-rise/
As you traverse the web, you might encounter some doom and gloom headlines lamenting what appears to be the sorry state of the PC based on declining shipments. We've heard this narrative before, and while PC sales may be down, gaming PC sales are still ticking over just fine.

http://www.pcgamer.com/everybodys-gone-to-the-rapture-goes-to-the-pc-on-thursday/
A PC release of Everybody's Gone to the Rapture was finally confirmed a couple weeks ago, a nice bit of news that was lacking the rather important detail of a release date. http://www.pcgamer.com/you-may-get-a-shot-at-the-overwatch-beta-this-weekend/
For people who want to be in the Overwatch closed beta but aren't, well, things could be better. The sense of exclusion, compounded by the knowledge that thousands of people are getting better at the game while you haven't even played it, can be frustrating. And there's very little you can do about it, either. Isn’t that devastating? Yes, sometimes life can be almost criminally unfair.

Rolling out new technology has never been easy, and VR is having a number of its own logistical problems. Both HTC and Oculus have had difficulties honouring early pre-orders, and as we learned earlier this month, Rift pre-orders are lagging behind schedule due to component shortages.
>>I wonder if some of them will cancel their order and go for the HTC Vive?

Leonard Boyarsky, art director for the original Fallout, project lead on Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines and lead world designer for Diablo 3, has left Blizzard to join Obsidian. Boyarsky is the man responsible for Fallout's unmistakable brand of retrofuturism, and the move reunites him with Fallout's lead programmer Tim Cain.
