If we're going to go on something other than gut feelings I guess it would have to be Amazon pre-order performance and VGC pre-order charts, and AFAIK R&C comes out ahead on both. And since USA is a proportionally much more important market for Xb one than PS4 if R&C edges QB in the USA it's hard to see QB taking it out globally. If the Amazon and VGC pre-order picture was in favour of QB it might have been a much harder call.
So I have to go with R&C.
