If they had to continue the IP; Either Sony Bend, Crystal Dynamics or an entirely new team built for continueing the franchise.
Uncharted is cool but the power really is just in Naughty dogs ambition in regards to production quality and characters/narrative. With No Drake, no Naughty Dog I don't see the point. Maybe they can essentially create a new IP and throw the Uncharted name on top to help it sell. I don't want to see another game in the vein of what Naughty have done without serious change (Open world/Fantasy/Different Time period etc).
