There is no real need for such a strong GPU, such a strong GPU requires an adequate CPU and RAM, and that all leads to higher price point, probably around $400, I dont think Nintendo will want to go with high price again.
Personally if this rumor is true I expecting GPU around 2 Teraflop, around 25-30% better CPU than XB1/PS4 and adequate RAM, also Nintendo will probably want to aim price point of around $300. And I expecting 4k output for media.
