R&C fan here. Looking forward to it 30 frames, 60 frames, whatever... It looks great, and I have no doubt it will play great. In regards to the 30 fps, most newer televisions can post process well enough to make the game look better and smoother. Of course this is not to excuse any studio who could have pushed a game out in 6o fps. Also, the post processing effects might have an effect on input lag depending on the game. But we'll see. Not having a PS4, I'll buy a Limited Edition R&C when available just so I'd have it.
