I am making it about broader issues. The pornography example is just one countermeasure. Many other states are enforcing non-mandatory travel bans for their staff. Highly dubious tactic to undermine a democratic institution. Reminiscent of the pre-civil war era discord. 

 

 

Making Civil War comparisons doesn't really help your point. Because in this little anology North Carolina would be...well...North Carolina. 

In fact, you'd think NC would have learned by now how to spot when they're on the wrong side of history...
