I find all his reflections to be spot on, specially the one concerning splitting the current userbase with the PS4K one.
I expect the PS4K to be the slim version of the current PS4 but capable of displaying 4K media content. Also, I expect it to launch late last year and take advantage of the newer manufacturing processes to reduce the power consumption and make the console smaller.
