Didn't know about this... So someone who may look completely like a woman may have to use the male bathroom and vice versa... How do you enforce this rule, and when people see a man in the female bathrooms or the opposite aren't people gonna freak? Are they gonna automatically assume that the person is trans? The law is completely impractical and unenforceable, you'll get people who are born male going to the female bathrooms pretending to be trans hoping to get a sneak peak or something....
So stupid
