the 3DS part is not really comparable imo and its only view games now who are performing like this. the 3ds will be replaced by the NX soon enough. It barley can run anything thats why the view games choose to prefer the new one

I dont see the big deal, the PS4 is just 350 bucks its worth the money even now. People buy smartphones every year who cost more than that.

while I can easily afford the price, I value my money enough that I consider the value of my entertainment investments, especially when there are lots of alternatives. To me the risk and uncertainty of a split audience platform which I think is an aweful situation is enough to hold off buying till they clear up what is happening. I have my ps3/360/xbone/PC so it isn't like it is a necessary purchase and at this point in the gen they probably only have till E3 to clear it up, after that my next buy point is not till june next year by which time I expect the purchase will need to compete with the NX.
