Not exactly. 1080P 60Fps is actually easy to obtain on the PC and cheaply, been that way for years now.

Where things get difficult is if you wish to exceed that. (I.E. 1440P/120FPS/144fps/1600P/4k/5k/Eyefinity/Surround Vision/3D/VR).

So tell me what it takes to run DAS3 and quantum break at 60fps on pc. You cannot do this cheaply.
