Tbh you're not far off, there are plenty here that think that but won't say it. I'd rather MS make games for Xbox and games for PC rather than being lazy as fuck and just making games for one and badly porting over the others.
OT: But why would you want them to take over everything?, I honestly don't get that type of mentality where someone thinks it's objectively a good thing for one company to rule over all and stamp out any form of competition, that there might actually be other legit choices that people might want to make or take up on.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
