I honestly doubt it - it's Kotaku who more or less started all this, and to paraphrase Stephen Totilo from his interview with TotalBiscuit "gaming journalism is boring, so we need to stir (sh)it up", I'd say mission accomplished.

This is most troubling IMO from all this - trolls will be trolls, and how you handle them, as PR especially, is something that is essential in this day and age - but how some gaming press handled this, jumping on "Rapp as martyr" train is just continuation of them having no ethics.

BTW, this thread will most likely be locked, like the other one, cause it seems we're getting more like GAF around here.
