It doesn't really bother me because I find that grainy visual style quite nice but it image quality does get a bit blurry sometimes. Try toning down brightness if it's too grainy for you, I did set brightness setting lower than usual. I can see it being annoying for someone with sensitive eye though, for me it's kind a like when I saw my first bluray movie, I thought I'll never watch any blurry DVD shit anymore but today it doesn't make much difference which one I'm watching.
