I think some of us obsessive compulsive neat freaks out there would be really annoyed by having to hook up an external hard drive to increase storage. For a simplistic, neat look, I opted last gen to internally increase my PS3 storage. No good excuse to change that now except laziness. With that in mind I'm glad Sony doesn't need a power box either. There's some major wizardy going on inside the little but potent PS4.
