ok i have been debating on getting a 360. I think you just sold me darc requiem! I even bought a copy of eternal sonata today, for 29 bucks i couldnt resist. Now i just need the console....i think im doing this backwards....

ES isn't the greatest JRPG but it is a very solid game. If you have a big-screen HDTV, the colors are beautiful and the art style is exceptional. The ending of the game goes on for what seems an eternity (pun intended) and will leave you scratching your head for days. It is definitely worth $29 bucks and you will get a lot of play out of the game.

I've yet to play Lost Odyssey but I'll get to it at some point. I'm really looking forward to that one...

Yeah, the story is so-so and the battle system is sometimes frustrating.  But, the art is absolutely amazing.  I'm a sucker for cel-shaded anime style HD games.  From the screenshots of Tales of Vesperia, it looks like actually playing an anime.  I really think the HD consoles have alot of potential in Cel-shaded games.  Valkyrie of the Battlefield is another one I want badly as well.

Lost Odyssey is definitely good and who ever gave it a 5/10 needs a whooping.  But, I'm also looking forward to FF 13 too.

Microsoft is good as a competitor, aka Zune and Xbox, but not as a monopoly, aka Windows.  That's why I was hoping last year Sony would get their rears in gear.

"Naturally the common people don't want war: Neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, IT IS THE LEADERS of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is TELL THEM THEY ARE BEING ATTACKED, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. IT WORKS THE SAME IN ANY COUNTRY."  --Hermann Goering, leading Nazi party member, at the Nuremberg War Crime Trials
