As I stated before, its mostly because there is no single -player for the game. You may think its kind of silly, but for me its important.I would never buy a game thats multiplayer only, unless its a revolutionary game. And Multiplayer only games, unless its MMo or something of the like(because then it has a story to tell, progressions, things found in single-player), should offer a free version, even if it was extremely limited

So basically what you are saying is all multiplayer only games should have a free version? (Except MMOs for some reason)

I'm generally not a fan of multiplayer only games (Rocket League is the exception, it has me completely hooked. And before you ask, yes, I paid for it, didn't get it with PS+), however I think that's completely ridiculous. It's like what you are saying is that multiplayer games don't offer anything worth paying for.

I know my opinion is not popular or may not even be reasonable, but thats what I personally feel.I agree that multiplayer can enhance a game but for me, and thats my personal view, is that every single game should have a story mode, a narrative, a beggining and an end.(thats why Im okay with MMO being paid. They may be always online and have incentives to always play with a party, but they have for the most part the structure of a single player game).

Of course, that dosent mean that multiplayer only games cant be excellent. It is just not worth the money for me.(Of course there are exceptions, but I digress)

My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.
