eh yes it is. Mathematics do not tell you how to transform a real value into a decimal. You can round, you can truncate you can round up or you could multiplicate it times 10 if you want to.
The funny thing is that they probably do not care about it and had no idea that they made the life of many Ocarina fans hell with this.
