I'm sorry, so now not only are we not supposed to take anything away from the demo regarding the technical aspects of the game, but not even the combat system in the demo? Even though that was the whole point of the god damn demo?

Are you shitting me? So what then, we just say this demo had nothing to do with FFXV and pretend it never happened?

The combat system in the demo is garbage. SE said that this demo was the show off the new combat system, it's bad.

Actually the whole point of the demo was ". The point of the demo wasn’t to show off the framerate but for fans to experience a part of Final Fantasy XV‘s world."

We get it. You have an axe to grind with this game for whatever reason. The fact you are getting this angry at a demo created in two months is the bigger concern.

A 2 month old demo, created by a small team just to show off the game alittle - and you are taking it as if the real game has already gone gold. The REAL game that the REAL team has been working on - has another 5+ months before it even goes gold.

Let me start off with the bold. I actually don't have any issue with this game at all. This demo is literally my only experience with FF. The issue I have, is with people rushing to say that this demo has apparentley nothing to do with FFXV.

The framerate isn't very good: "No, no, that's not representative of the full game"

So, is this a section of the game? "No, this won't be in the final game"

The graphics are a little weird: "No, they'll be better in the full game"

The gameplay is kind of shallow: "No, that isn't what it will be like when the game launches"

So, why does this demo exist? What does "A part of the FFXV world" mean if it has nothing to do with the actual game?

Basically what I'm saying is that I take issue with anytime anyone says something bad about it, people jump all over them saying it's got nothing to do with the actual game.

Bet with Adamblaziken:

I bet that on launch the Nintendo Switch will have no built in in-game voice chat. He bets that it will. The winner gets six months of avatar control over the other user.
