Is Ubisoft stealing Ancels ideas? 

 

A)  I don't see much reason to assume that.  The setting is hardly unique or new.  Also, they went to the far future with Blood Dragon and have said they wanted to surprise people with the FC4 spin-off.

B)  Doesn't much matter if they did get the idea for the setting from him.  It's common enough to make little difference.
