Still seems a little inefficient to me. But do we know if Duscae is going to be part of final product?

My guess is that this part of the map will be a part of the game, since a message that says something like "you'll be allowed to explore further in the full game" pops up when you try to go beyond the map boundaries of the demo, but I don't think the events going on will necessarily happen there in the full game.
