No, I mean that police simply won't enter them, and law of the state doesn't work, as it can't be enforced. Belgium went over a year without a functional government. if that isn't a sign of problems, I don't know what is. There isn't a neighborhood here in the US where the police won't go for a donut run.

It looks like you felt some type of way when I mentioned neo-nazis; yes they want to take parts of the country for themselves but US government doesn't sleep.
