I am aware that, for example, Street Fighter V only on PS4 and PC is better for Sony than Street Fighter V on PS4, PC, and Xbone. They routinely work out deals that sees a PC release alongside a game they essentially market as one of their own exclusives. "Console exclusive game", they have no problem putting that on the cover. They don't consider it a big deal. Hardcore gamers on the Internets do.

They don't see the Market as Irrelevant market, otherwise the Company would launch all their games for PC, and would not have any exclusive.

The thing here is that is Less Worse a game on PC, than on other Console, if No Man's Sky,  not acepted only a PS4 Version, so Sony, allowed the PC Version, to make Bussines, No Man Sky's Developers will publish the PC Version (maybe a part of the deal, 100% of the money go for the Developer, in this version), and Sony, will publish the Game Worldwide for PS4, a thing that No Man Sky's Developers, cannot afford to, they cannot publish Physical Games in a Worldwide Scale.

Microsoft, is releasing  all their games on PC, because they don't want to push Xbox One's Sales anymore, they already know that the Console Isn't selling well, and they want to Stay Relevant for the Market with the PC Releases, but this is bad for Xbox's Division, the Next Console will be damaged by those moves, no one will believe that the games will be Exclusive for Xbox Two, and it will not sell well on Launch.
