Too many big corporations get away with tax evasion.
Thats a bigger issue, than just the avg joe rich person.

Still I think they should be made to pay the tax's they dodged by shady means, if they are caught in it.

Like here in denmark its common for big american companies like mcdonalds, pizzahut, coca cola, to all run at basically no profits because they ship that overseas to america and then pay nothing in tax here.

That issue is alot bigger than rich single persons, avoiding tax.

I agree. The only problem is that it's perfectly legal when corporations do it, despite the fact that tax evasion by big corporations is a much bigger problem.

So instead of fighting the major problem, tax evasion by faceless corporations, we'll now be pointing fingers at a few selected VIPs.

And it really seems like western media are already trying to use this for propaganda reasons:

For example, many media articles discussing the Panama leaks are now mentioning Putin - but apparently his name is not even on the lists, just someone Putin knows.

On the other hand, Ukraine's Poroshenko apparently really IS on the lists himself - but most media articles over here don't even mention his name.
