Here's a question. Was their a huge backlash when Halo 1 or 2 came to PC? At that point, the Internet was nearly what it is today. Minus social media.

Its releasing exclusives simultaneously on the PC. And that isn't a smart strategy at all unless they plan to abandon the system, because anyone informed who has a PC, will have no reason to buy an X1. The system also loses value in the eyes of the average consumer when it loses its diferentiating factors.

I don't argree with this. If PC had this power. Then consoles wouldn't really be here now. The value of a console is the ease of use. That is why people will buy them. Unless they end up turning into PC's. Then they become moot. I didn't go and buy any Xbox for Halo. I just got them on PC. And when they stopped. I never played the rest. It didn't convince me to buy the systems. Same will go towards the reverse. But having both options. Would just get MS more money. Now, for me. I still won't bother, if the rest of Halo is ported to PC. Because, they'll lock the games to the 10 store. I didn't buy H2 PC, till last year. Again, not worth my time to change my work PC, to play that one series.

I Disagree, People purchase consoles because of the games, if all the games are somewhere else, they will just stick with it, what is the point to Upgrade into a New Console, when you can play all the Games of the Console, Plus the PC Games, with the same Money ?, and Microsoft, don't get more money for Releasing games for PC, unless Xbox One's Sales are really bad, they lose a lot of Potentially users, that would purchase games for the system, and would pay for Live Subscription, that would  be guaranted Money, because Multiplataform games would sell much more on Xbox One, than on Windows Store, more licesing money for Microsoft, people will only purchase exclusives from the Windows Store, but they will purchase all the other games from Steam, because Windows 10, isn't a Plataform, is just a OS, within the PC Plataform, and is just a Store, people can use EA, Square Enix, Ubisoft, Steam, and Microsoft's Store, in the same device.

Alan Wake, sold 1.3-1.5 Millions on PC, a little more than on Xbox 360, if the game was Exclusive for Xbox One, would move Much more Hardware, if just 10% of those people purchase the Xbox One, because of the game, already would be worth it, i really don't understand Why Microsoft, is releasing all their games on PC, they are Down YOY, so this shows that those  releases for PC, isn't helping Xbox One.
