Yeah, with the recent comments about it I'm taking it as all but confirmed for localization.
Besides, Cold Steel didn't get overlooked - I'm playing it on my Vita right now! Tokyo Xanadu seems to have less text and less reliance on IP knowledge, too. I'm confident it will come.
