I made my girlfriend believe that the doctors I thought I had a type of throat cancer (my throat has hurt the past couple days) because she had no idea it was april fools she actually believed me. It was a lot better than last year me telling her I'm pregnant. Why can't boys get prego too? #equality4men #pregomenmatter
