. Today Nintendo announced that they would be selling the company to Microsoft, following a complete collapse in the NX project. "Today, I am excited to see nintendo becoming a part of our great studio lineup. We'll be seeing games like Zelda Wii U (now for Xbox One), star fox zero, and many more great games added to our lineup this year. I am happy for what the future holds, and I am truely honoured to see them join our ever expanding gaming studio's" said Phil Spencer. Tatsumi Kimishima, the CEO of Nintendo hasn't yet commented, only stating he would hold a press-release between the Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella and himself.
Certain details will be included in the press-release, including acquisition price, as well as plans to integrate the company into Microsoft.
